RETURNS
We want you to love your FINEish purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn and unwashed

Item must be in original condition

Item must be free of damage, stains, or odors

Proof of purchase is required
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FINEish is not responsible for lost return packages.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Holiday items
- Custom or Personalized items
- Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus:

RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to an 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
